Tava is the "real deal"! Her authenticity, passion and dedication to her craft is apparent in her teaching as well as in her performances. As my teacher she guides and motivates me to move in ways that feel organic, never forcing but instead allowing freedom of motion to unfold. As a dancer/performer she is captivating! She connects with the audience in a warm and open manner that invites genuine participation. Her style is infused with both power and femininity. Tava's dance shines the light on all!

Tava is an amazing instructor. I've been taking her classes twice a week for some time now and I learn something new every class. (Taking her class consistently is the key!) You get so much more than just a workout in her class. I've learned about culture, Middle Eastern rhythms, history, and of course, movement. Until I took her classes, I didn't know that there were so many styles of bellydance! If you ever wanted to try bellydance, then Tava is the person you want to learn from!
